Faulty aligners

If you received a faulty aligner and need to return it to request a replacement of the same item, please email us at contacto@rio3d.com.co to

 

After second Exam

After the Dental-Monitoring, if Dr. Romero determines that you aren’t a suitable candidate for our invisible aligner system, we will refund your $15 (cheek retractor and Dental-Monitoring service).

 

Any time

You can give up at any time during the course of your treatment and return the aligners that are completely unused. We will refund the prorated amount of any unused aligners from your total purchase price but you are responsible for any shipping charges when returning your aligners.

 

Return Process

Please pack your unused aligners in the original packaging and let us know when you sent the aligners and the shipping tracking number.

How you receive the return

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll email you to let you know your refund has been issued. You’ll regularly see your refund on your credit card statement within 7 to 10 days of processing depending on your bank.
